No, that's the patch which adds EXTRA_STACK and breaks it.

Kevin O'Connor intends to finish up a patch using his option 5 soon:

There's already a patch he wrote which fixes this using a different approach, but if he's going to fix this upstream shortly, we might as well wait a few more days for that.
