I've just reattempted an update and it succeeded installing the scrollkeeper-update this time. Its now failing on gimp_2.4.0~rc3-1ubuntu5_i386 (I've got a crash report I can send in if required). I was asked to run 'sudo apt-get install -f' which I did. This produced the following:

[sudo] password for cheesemp:
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
cheesemp@humptydumpty:~$ sudo apt-get install -f

I think this may be separate bug now, its that or my upgrade from 7.04 has gone wrong. Do you want me to file this as a separate bug or do you want further information?
