.desktop file doesn't contain translation domain info

Some time ago localization support was added to the .desktop file:

Now, it seems this disappeared (How is this possible???) with time and the entry is again untranslated.

oops, I forgot to mention, the other two patches:
50_validate-desktop-entry.dpatch.diff kubuntu_01_hide_in_kde.dpatch.diff
can be considered as obsolete and are safe to remove. All their content is in 60_fix_desktopfile.dpatch now.

This is NOT fixed - the patch was added to debian/patches, but not enabled. I'll attach a debdiff which fixes this.
