Bug Description
Binary package hint: scim
Some time ago localization support was added to the .desktop file:
+scim (1.4.4-1ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low
+
+ * debian/rules: Add gettext domain to .server and .desktop files to get
+ language pack support for them. (Similarly to cdbs' gnome.mk)

Now, it seems this disappeared (How is this possible???) with time and the entry is again untranslated.

Improved patch, incorporating the other two existing patches of the .desktop.in file.
