Scilab demo weird behavior

BUG DESCRIPTION:

Scilab has a weird behavior in its demonstration window, take a look at the picture.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
Try to increase height of the window, and the scilab icon will stay at the same point, covering some options. Try to increase its width, and the icon goes down (last picture, in the right).
