I can confirm this bug.
Sawfish is running and trying to start the config dialog with sawfish-ui gives :

error: can't connect to socket /tmp/.sawfish-ubuntu/localhost6.localdomain6:0.0
*** Error: can't connect to sawfish on display, :0.0

ls /tmp/.sawfish-ubuntu shows :

localhost6.localdomain6:0.0
