- Specify current version of library for sanlock.
- Change dh-python -> dh-sequence-python3, simplifies d/rules.
- Update python3-dev to 'native'.
* Update patch to 'gbp pq' style.
* Update Standards-Version to 4.6.2, no changes needed.
* Update copyright year for myself.
* Run wrap-and-sort -ast
