To get sanduhr to be removed, you first must

sudo cp /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-de.omf /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-C.omf

then sudo rm /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-de.omf and run sudo apt-get remove sanduhr.

you could also just

sudo mv /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-de.omf /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-C.omf

try running without force yes.
