In Edgy Eft, you need to also remove the file /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-de.omf.

Or better yet
mv /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-de.omf /usr/share/omf/sanduhr/sanduhr-C.omf

Then you should be able to remove this package.
