Your dmesg also shows a kernel BUG when firefox tried to execute some program. That is probably unrelated - unless it is indicative of a *sucessfull* attack.
Could you please attach your (fresh) dmesg and the result of 'grep mysql /var/log/syslog'? Please make sure to look through and sanatize any passwords first.
