Looks like you may have a corrupt deb file in your local cache.
Please try running the following commands to remedy the situation:
sudo apt-get clean sudo apt-get -f install
Hopefully this will resolve your problem
Marking 'Incomplete' and 'Low'. Please set back to 'New' if this does not resolve your problem and 'Invalid' if it does.
