Packaging side, LGTM.
However, I'm a bit skeptical at the patch itself, as it technically removes a feature. Do we have an analysis of why it's OK to remove the `block:` entries? I'm not too familiar with the ecosystem, so wouldn't it possible to have a focal userspace running on an older kernel that still presents the old way in its sysfs?
