Bug Description
When installed, libtxc seems to cause various texture issues in certain games. In Xonotic, Skyboxes look corrupted as well as some of the guns (even affecting their lighting), and in Prey the game will fail to load, leaving you with a corrupted looking loading screen image. Attached is a screenshot demonstrating this.
Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (fully updated)

This bug also occurs in the default driver.

You are using an old version. A newer fixed version will be in 13.04. You may want to try the package here: /launchpad. net/~oibaf/ +archive/ graphics- drivers/

(Note that the PPA provides libtxc-dxtn0 only for 12.04, you should download libtxc-dxtn-s2tc0 for 12.10 and install in your 12.04)
