Hello, Thiago. I'm the Debian maintainer of this package. I realized by this bug that there was an invalid command in the s.files section in the gemspec. I'm right now packaging the 0.4.0 release (which support v2 ReCAPTCHA API, by the way) and it's fixed already (http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-ruby-extras/ruby-recaptcha.git/commit/?id=dbb961ab4fe8c51052f29f195f09aa98105276f7).
I'm releasing ruby-recaptcha tonight, hopefully. I think that Ubuntu will catch up after it moves to testing, in 10 days or so, and then compiled for the current 'universe' environment.
