I got this one 1 machine, Precise (32 bit) installed.
For me, it seems, that somebody used the machine as "Guest", did not logged out and Firefox did an update, which lead to a total crash of the system... (but this is juast a guess!)
Last messages in /var/log/syslog.1 where:

Should i report a new bug cause of different OS/architecture?
