Having the same problem here. Running 9.10 64bit on EC2, this is from very early this morning:

Apr 8 05:32:05 ubuntu rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="4.2.0" x-pid="544" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com"] rsyslogd was HUPed, type 'lightweight'.
