The keyboard_shortcuts plugin is broken upstream, see bug report https://github.com/corbosman/keyboard_shortcuts/issues/23

There is a patch that fixes it, see https://github.com/corbosman/keyboard_shortcuts/pull/24

The maintainer has not responded to the pull request even though it has been open for several months. Suggest possibly basing the Ubuntu package on the patched fork at https://github.com/kitserve/keyboard_shortcuts/tree/master instead.

(This bug report has also been filed with Debian but does not yet have an assigned bug number.)
