Please sync rocksndiamonds 3.2.4+dfsg-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (contrib)

Rationale:
    New Debian revision fixes launch issues with /bin/sh != bash
    New Debian revision has updated menu / standards
    New Debian revision compiles and installs on hardy
