rng-tools (2-unofficial-mt.12-1ubuntu3) lucid; urgency=low

  * debian/rng-tools.default: add example for TPM devices (LP: #519427).
  * debian/{rules,rng-tools.postinst}: adjust rc start/stop location to
    start later then trousers (LP: #544545).
  * tpm_engine.c: wait for TPM to become available.
