The package info you posted. If I could have looked at this I would at least seen RipperX was installing Vorbis for encoding.

I did not try with an actual cd, but I could select OggVorbis as the
encoder to be used. Check it out.

And I'm not quite sure what you mean with the information part, could
you elaborate please?
