Ok, I copied a flac file to another machine with no music as the first machine produces an enormous debug log (lots of music). Attached is the full debug log:
 · I start rhythmbox
 · The single flac file getting imported
 · I change a couple of tags
 · I exit rhythmbox.
I can see the file mode has been changed to 0600.
