Hi Doris,
One of the rhythmbox developers has asked can you run
rhythmbox -d
during insertion of a CD. You can do this in the terminal, just type it in and press Enter before you put a CD in, and then put it in while that is running in the background. It will come up in the terminal with a load of debugging stuff. If you could copy and paste this output into gedit Text Editor or Openoffice Writer, and then attach that file to this bug report that would be great!
