WOW!!!

Thank you so much! I installed "Banshee" and put a CD in and there we are "The First 10 Years," (Joan Baez,) sitting on the left-hand column, all set to go. I even clicked on it, and it popped up, all the tracks, and I started it playing and IT WORKS! Wheeee! I was lucky I forgot to put the CD back in the box after the last time I'd failed to get any response, because I had to return 12 CD's to the library today, and was about to give up and return the last three as well, by Joni Mitchell, which are due next week. But this way I've got four, and next week, when the library opens, I can order back some more.

Thank you so much. I had no idea about this possibility. What does this tell us, if anything, about what went wrong with the application that was working before the upgrade ran?

Do I need to do anything more?

Thanks again for your patience, and all the others who've given their ideas about this problem for me.

(gonna listen to Joni Mitchell all weekend!)

Sincerely,

Doris
