Thank you for taking the time to report a bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I see that you described what you expect happened in good detail, but I don't see a description of what currently happens besides that the "Unknown" label no longer appears.

It would be helpful for you to describe what you do see happening from when you put the cd into the computer. Also, is rhythmbox already running or not when inserting the cd? Lastly, can you please take a screenshot of your desktop showing rhythmbox after the CD is inserted. A screenshot can be taken by pressing the "Print Screen" button on the keyboard.
