Transmission window's opening and closing inconsistent

What I expected:
- Launched transmission and working minimized in notification area.
- Click on transmission icon shows the main window with creating window effect.
- Click again on transmission icon or just closing main windows, hides the it with closing window effect.

What happens:
- Launched transmission and working minimized in notification area.
- Click on transmission icon show the main window with creating window effect.
- Click again on transmission icon or just closing main windows, hides the it with minimizing window effect.

I also find this inconsistent, I've noticed rhythmbox does this too.

I do not find this behavior to be inconsistent. The minimize effect is present, because you _are_ minimizing the application to the notification area.

Tested that this is still a problem in Intrepid. To clarify, the inconsistency is that when using the notification tray icon, the opening effect is used for appearing, and the minimising effect is used for disappearing. It should use either the opening/closing or unminimise/minimise pair. Rhythmbox also does this, but Pidgin works properly (open/close).
