can't play an internet radio with Rhyhtmbox

Try to add radio http://217.76.201.26:8000/ (Radio Kiev FM, the home page is http://www.radio.kiev.fm/)

Expected result: You can play the radio
Actual result: you can't play

This is not a problem with the radio stream because if you type
mplayer http://217.76.201.26:8000/, then you can play the radio
