Comment 20 for bug 994575

According to comment #18, this issue is resolved? Using that code, can we patch up the issue ourselves locally without having to build any packages or?

Also, I believe "dnsmasq does not update nameserver info after network change" was a better title for this bug as it is a common issue and that is ultimately what occurs.
