I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 13.04 Desktop 64bit to Ubuntu 13.10 (alpha):

My RadioTray is currently locked up to the point that I can't even "quit" the application without killing its process in System Monitor.

It did this after I selected a station that is currently offline.

1) From the radiotray indicator's menu, I selected: Community > Jupiter Broadcast.
2) RadioTray produced a System Notification that this station was offline.
3) After this, I was unable to do the following:
     a) Changed to another station
     b) Turn off "Jupiter Broadcast
     c) Quit RadioTray from the RadioTray menu.
4) After killing the process manually. If I relaunch Radio Tray it still won't play anything and I cannot quit RadioTray by selecting "quit" from its menu.
