raccoon(a tool for in silico drug/pharma screening) has troble with the fonts xml files in /etc/fonts/conf.d/

It is the <test> tag in this files which causes the trouble. As far as I can see this tags operates for localisation purposes.

raccoon started from terminal shows:

~$ raccoon

Steps to reproduce:

1.Starting software-center
2.Search for raccoon(beware of the type racoon -> this is a different program)
3.Install raccoon
4.install the extension autodock-vina from the same software-center page (of raccoon).
5.After installation open up a terminal and start the program with "raccoon" and ENTER
6.See the terminal output (see above).
7.No obvious font errors are observable on a quick glance on raccoon.
