In System | Preferences | Keyboard Shortcuts, I set Skip to previous track to 0xea and Skip to next track to 0xe9. This worked in an backported Quod Libet 0.17 in Breezy, but doesn’t seem to work in Quod Libet 0.18-3ubuntu1 in Dapper (i.e., pressing the keys does not change the track).
