Here is what I got when doing
gdb --args /usr/bin/ksvgtopng 96 96 country_AU.svgz country_AU_96_96.png

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x005f4c42 in QString::trimmed (this=0x817bf48) at tools/qstring.cpp:3923
3923 tools/qstring.cpp: No such file or directory.
