The attached debdiff (qpsmtpd_0.32-3ubuntu1.debdiff) simply adds the 3 lines to the init-script and changes the version from "0.32-3" to "0.32-3ubuntu1".

I understand that for changing debian/, changing the files directly is better than using a dpatch, Hence this is a simple debdiff.
