Unable to view PDF Portfolio files

Bug Description

I am unable to view PDF Portfolio files (“multiple files assembled into an integrated PDF unit”) in qpdfview versions 04.17.99 and 04.18.0.
However if print is selected from the drop down menu the files are printed.

I also tested pdf files with attachments (independent pdf files)and was able to open and view them.

See attached examples (test.zip) of the 2 types of files and a screen shots of the 2 types.

Tested in both Lubuntu 19.10 and Lubuntu Focal Fossa daily build 06.01.2020

Confirmed on Jammy and Mantic. In Noble, Lubuntu is temporarily using Okular. Doesn't matter, though, as it's the same version as Mantic.
