Similarly, qjoypad has no desktop icon.

/usr/share/applications/kde4/qjoypad.desktop references a non-existent icon, i.e.
    Icon=qjoypad

To fix, change this line to
    Icon=/usr/share/icons/hicolor/64x64/apps/gamepad4-64x64.png

(This doesn't affect the original bug.)
