@Solb, you need to downgrade the while list of packages:
qemu-system-x86:amd64
qemu-user-static:amd64
qemu-utils:amd64
qemu-system-common:amd64
qemu-block-extra:amd64
qemu-system-data:amd64
qemu-system-gui:amd64

to ensure the dependencies of the packages.
Then reboot the host and everything should be fine for now.
