And we know we had others failing.
- started to use --fix-binary on update-binfmts (debian bug 868030) That allows on a host able to run this to also use it in chroots and mount namespaces.
Not a fix for our case, but quite likely the reason why it fails now, but didn't in 18.04 (it
would have failed later when the lazy open comes)
