Options:
- SRU-ing qemu 3.0 to Bionic - obviously not, not even discussing this
- It will most likely be available via Ubuntu-Cloud-Archive-Stein (based on
DD) later on next cycle.
- 3.0 in a PPA for you with less strict maintenance/service than the
Archive maybe.
- but if we 'd only need the netboot image instead of a full qemu 3.0 that
would be much much easier IMHO
