  * Dropped changes (integrated upstream):
    - d/p/ubuntu/spapr-pci-populate-PCI-DT-in-reverse-order.patch: backport
      "spapr/pci: populate PCI DT in reverse order" (LP 1670481).
    - All CVE fixes formerly applied are upstream and thereby dropped.
