The Linaro package is the problem, I did

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/linaro-maintainers-tools-quantal.list
sudo apt-get update
sudo dpkg -P --force-depends qemu-keymaps
sudo apt-get install -f

and after that I could use my virtual machines again.
