No I don't *really* know what graphical tool they're using to view their KVM instances. I assume virt-viewer since that's the usual. User ragequit the channel after LP insisted they use ubuntu-bug instead of giving them the fill-in-the-blank form, and I don't have the virtualisation bits on my CPU, so...I can't be much help.
