Hi,

I don't seem able to get gdb to tell me where the failures are. If possible, could you install qemu-kvm-dbgsym (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash#Debug_Symbol_Packages if needed), fire up such a VM, attach to it with gdb (gdb -p $pid) then print the addresses in question:
