The security team, et al uses lp:ubuntu-qa-tools/vm-tools/uvt to create new VM images by using an ISO, then updating it with preseed information so we may perform unattended VM installs. Before ubiquity finishes installation, 11.10 amd64 and i386 sometimes fails.
