Bug Description

Make a Python app with embedded webkit view, open its inspector, and run 'navigator.userAgent'. You will see it's Chrome 23. This is 6 versions behind Chromium/Chrome, and it also suffers from bugs like https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pywebkitgtk/+bug/1073395

This was in 13.10.
