Bug Description

I'm getting locale errors when running a webkit browser with inspector similar to this one:
https://code.google.com/p/pywebkitgtk/source/browse/trunk/demos/inspector.py?r=142

I also don't see the breadcrumb/slider bar in the middle. See screenshot:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13132459/python-webkit-browsers-inspector-is-missing-a-few-things

It happens in pygtk and the newer GTK3 gi.repository webkit (only difference I noticed was that GTK3 inspector didn't have scrollbar arrows).

I just tested this and this same Webkit inspector seems to be working fine on a 12.04 machine.

This is still happening in 13.04 beta. Am I doing something wrong or are these features permanently disabled now?

It should be noted that this is also happening in Midori, so this is probably a bug in gtk/webkit, not the Python interface.
