AFAICS ceph-iscsi still needs tcmu, which is ready except waiting for https://github.com/open-iscsi/tcmu-runner/issues/582
AFAICS no one continue on that yet, I'm updating the case to better reflect that.
James please re-assign as-needed to get these steps done.
