targetcli-fb depends on python3-rtslib-fb and project is hosted here:

https://github.com/open-iscsi/targetcli-fb

It is not a direct need judging original request by James Page BUT its the CLI for configuring LIO/TCM kernel function. There is no other tool able to configure LIO/TCM kernel iSCSI target.
