Confirmed there are no longer changes. Last ubuntu changelog entry indicates this package becomes a sync once Debian has a new version number:

python-linecache2 (1.0.0-4ubuntu2) impish; urgency=medium

  * Roll back to 1.0.0-4 to drop python2 components
    + Dropping the python2 related Ubuntu delta (not needed anymore)
  * This package can be sync'ed once Debian bumps the revision

  * Disable Python 2 unit testing for focal release (LP: #1870075):
    - Rebase on 1.0.0-3 for focal release.
    - d/control: Drop BDI's for Python 2.
    - d/rules: Skip testing on Python 2.
