Yeah, upstream changed the the name of the executables. I ran into
this in my package. The links should be changed to:

 ../share/python-docutils/rst2html.py
 ../share/python-docutils/rst2xml.py

I've attached a patch. The whitespace change is intentional (if
pedantic). :)
