To fix my problem I removed Pulseaudio and now my sound card is working like a charm.
Definitively Pulseaudio is a ballast for the pc and it doesn't give any advantage, only headaches.
I think that Ubuntu must left to the user the choice to use or not Pulseaudio, also some packages like indicator-sound and other releated should support the two systems.
