Issue:

- I can switch profiles, but when I chose HSP/HFP I get no sound and the microphone doesn't work.
- I didn't have this issue in 18.04 LTS or 16.04 LTS (same hardware)

Environment:

- Kernel: Linux 5.8.0-44-generic
- OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS
- Headset: WC-CH500
- BT Dongle: Plugable USB Bluetooth 4.0
